1. Acceptance of Terms

By using VintageCircuit's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

VintageCircuit provides vintage technology restoration services including but not limited to computer restoration, audio equipment repair, and gaming console restoration.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must:

• Provide accurate information about equipment condition
• Ensure equipment is legally owned
• Pay all fees as agreed
• Pick up restored equipment within 30 days of completion notification

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide a 90-day warranty on restoration work. However, vintage equipment may have inherent limitations due to age. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not disclosed during assessment.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of restoration services. We are not liable for data loss, sentimental value, or consequential damages.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

7. Abandoned Equipment

Equipment not claimed within 90 days of completion notification may be considered abandoned and disposed of at our discretion.

8. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
