Effective Date: January 1, 2025
If we determine that your vintage equipment cannot be restored to working condition during our initial assessment, we will refund any diagnostic fees paid.
If we cannot complete the restoration work as agreed upon in our service estimate, you will only be charged for work actually performed and parts used.
If you are not satisfied with our restoration work, please contact us within 7 days of picking up your equipment. We will work with you to resolve any issues or provide a partial refund where appropriate.
Equipment covered under our 90-day warranty will be repaired at no additional cost. If we cannot resolve warranty issues, we may provide a partial refund of restoration fees.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. For cash payments, refunds will be issued by check.
